From Luxor, a shared hot-air-balloon flight rises at dawn for aerial views of the Nile, Valley of the Kings, and Hatshepsut Temple. The itinerary passes by the Colossi of Memnon and Luxor Temple, while the balloon climbs to about 1,500 feet and stays airborne for roughly an hour. Hotel or Nile cruise pickup and drop-off simplify the early start. Licensed pilots lead the flight with English commentary and a flight certificate provided as a memento. The shared group can include up to 20 travelers.

Pickup is provided from all hotels, Nile cruise ships, and accommodations in Luxor. The exact pickup time is determined by the balloon company and usually falls between 5:00 and 6:00 AM, depending on your location. After confirming your booking, passport copies and your room number will be required to arrange the necessary flight permits and ensure smooth coordination. The final pickup time will be confirmed with you on the evening prior to the tour.
