Hotel pickup and drop-off are available for guests staying in central areas of Phu Quoc, based on the selected tour schedule (morning or evening option).
After the booking is confirmed, our operations team will contact guests in advance to confirm the exact pickup time and location.
For locations outside the free pickup area, a pickup surcharge applies as follows:
– Port area: 100,000 VND per person
– Bai Dai & Ganh Dau area: 200,000 VND per person
– Cay Sao & Ham Ninh area: 200,000 VND per person
Please be ready at the hotel lobby 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to ensure a smooth departure.
