Guests are required to provide full name, phone number, and hotel address for pickup arrangement.
E-voucher is valid only for the selected date. No cancellation or refund after the tour departs.
In case of bad weather (such as rough sea or heavy rain), Rooty Trip will notify you promptly and offer a free reschedule or full refund.
Pick-up from Central/North Island (7:00–8:00, with a Pearl Farm stop) and South Island/Bai Truong (8:00–9:00, no Pearl Farm stop).
