The confirmed pickup location will be the reference we use to organize the logistics and set the schedule for each passenger.

Pickups can start from 4:00–4:30 a.m. For this reason, we recommend paying attention to messages and notifications, as you will receive the specific schedule assigned for your pickup in advance.

To ensure adherence to the itinerary and avoid delays in the tour development, it is essential to arrive punctually at the indicated pick-up location.

Once the van is outside its hotel or Airbnb, there will be a maximum tolerance of 10 minutes to board. After this time, the unit can continue its journey so as not to affect the schedule of the other passengers.

We greatly appreciate your punctuality and cooperation, as this allows us to offer an organized experience and respect the times of all our passengers.

Hot air balloon flight Once the balloon is ready, you will board after receiving a brief safety talk from your certified pilot. Then, the time will come to take off and enjoy impressive panoramic views of the Valley of Teotihuacán and its iconic pyramids. Since hot air balloons move with the wind, each flight follows a unique route, making every experience truly unrepeatable. Flight duration: Approximately 40 to 60 minutes, depending on weather conditions.
