After completing immigration, baggage collection, and customs procedures, travelers should proceed to the Arrivals Hall. A Pumba Reisen representative will be waiting in the designated meet-and-greet area, holding a clearly visible welcome sign displaying the traveler's name and the Pumba Reisen logo. The representative will be professionally dressed and easily identifiable. After locating the representative, travelers should confirm their name and booking details before being escorted to their transfer vehicle parked in the designated pickup area outside the terminal. If the Pumba Reisen representative cannot be located, travelers should contact Pumba Reisen using the emergency contact number provided in their travel documents or seek assistance from the airport information desk.
