Meeting and pickup
Travelers can be picked up at the Cruise dock outside Diamond International Jewellery Store as you exit the cruise terminal arrival hall from any cruise line service. The driver will have a welcome signage with the leader of the group. Any other pick outside the cruise port area will occur at additional cost.
What to expect
Reserve your beach transfer and provide your pickup details. Cruise ship passengers should provide their ship name, while hotel guests should provide their accommodation information.
Step 2: Receive Confirmation
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive pickup instructions and details for your transfer.
Step 3: Meet Your Driver
Cruise port pickups take place outside Diamond International Jewelry Store, located just beyond the cruise terminal arrival hall. Hotel guests will be picked up at their hotel lobby or designated pickup area. Your driver will be holding a sign displaying the lead traveler's name and will be easily identifiable in Alvin's Taxi & Tour Services uniform.
Step 4: Travel to the Beach
Relax in a clean, air-conditioned vehicle as you travel to your selected beach destination. Your driver can provide helpful information about the area and answer any questions you may have during the journey.
Step 5: Enjoy the Beach at Your Own Pace
Spend your time swimming, sunbathing, exploring the beach, or enjoying food and drinks at nearby beach bars and restaurants. Flexible return times allow you to enjoy your beach day without feeling rushed.
Step 6: Return Transfer
At the agreed time, your driver will meet you at the designated pickup location and transport you comfortably back to the cruise port, hotel, or other pre-arranged destination.
