-If you are staying in a vacation rental or private property, please provide exact address and contact information when booking.
-Guests are requested to be ready at the pickup point at least 5 minutes early to ensure a timely departure.
-Luggage assistance is provided, and space is available for standard suitcases.
-For any special requests (child car seats, mobility assistance, etc.), please inform us in advance so we can accommodate your needs.
What to expect
Once you book your transfer, you’ll receive an instant confirmation email with all details, including pickup instructions and contact information.
Pre-Tour Coordination
Your team will reach out to reconfirm your pickup location, time, flight details, and any special requests such as car seats or accessibility needs.
Arrival Pickup
On arrival at Queen Beatrix International Airport, your professional driver will meet you at the arrivals area with a sign displaying your name.
Assistance with luggage is provided, and you will be escorted to a clean, air-conditioned vehicle reserved just for your group.
Transfer to Hotel
