For pickups at Frankfurt Airport (FRA), you will be met at the agreed-upon pick-up location.
Please provide the following information when booking:

* Full destination address or hotel name
Hotel Pick-Up
For hotel pick-ups, please be ready in the hotel lobby or reception area approximately 10 minutes before the agreed-upon pick-up time.
Our driver will arrive at the specified hotel at the agreed-upon time and take you comfortably and directly to your destination.
Pick-Up at Your Preferred Address
We offer convenient pick-up at your preferred address within a 5 km radius of Frankfurt am Main.
Please provide your full pick-up address when booking so that we can plan the pickup accordingly.
What to expect
After Booking Referral you will receive a confirmation with all important information about your trip. On the agreed day, your professional driver will wait for you at the specified pick-up location and take you comfortably and directly to your desired destination.
Airport pick up
For airport pickups, monitor your flight. In case of delays, the pick-up time can be adjusted accordingly. The first 60 minutes of waiting are free. After that, there is a waiting fee of €1 per minute.
Hotel and train station pickup
For pick-ups at the hotel, train station or private address, 15 minutes waiting time is free of charge. After that, there is a waiting fee of €1 per minute.
Convenient door-to-door service
You are taken directly to your desired destination without unnecessary stops. Your service is designed for a pleasant, safe and stress-free journey.
Comfort during longer trips
For journeys of about 1 hour or more, free Wi-Fi and charging facilities for your smartphone are available. Bottled water is also included for your guests.
Child seats
Child seats can be provided on request. Please indicate the age and height of the child when Booking Referral so that the appropriate seat can be prepared.
Support and accessibility
Guests with reduced mobility can inform about their individual needs at Booking Referral. endeavour to make entry, journey and arrival as comfortable as possible. Please inform us of any special requirements, such as taking a wheelchair or walking aid, as early as possible so that the appropriate vehicle solution can be tested.
Arrival at the destination
If necessary, your drivers will be happy to assist you in loading and unloading your luggage and ensure a pleasant and smooth arrival at your accommodation or at the agreed destination.
