we visit the Virgin Mary Monastery, a spiritual landmark dating back to the 13th century. Though the original structures have largely faded, the present-day building beautifully reflects the essence of Greek monastic architecture. Inside, guests can admire the graceful arched courtyard and a small museum showcasing Byzantine and post-Byzantine icons. From the monastery’s vantage point, sweeping views unfold, with the legendary “Boat of Odysseus” (Kolovri) visible in the distance
