Hi, I'm Viki, and Vetreno Sailing is my small sailing project in Buenos Aires. We take families and groups of friends, up to 9 guests, out on a spacious private sailing catamaran on the Río de la Plata.
A catamaran sails steady and flat, so it's comfortable for everyone: kids of any age, grandparents, pregnant guests. There are two large decks and nets at the bow where you can lie right above the water.
While we sail, we grill choripanes on board, the classic Argentine street snack, and pour Argentine wine. It's only your group on board, at your pace.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our sailing experience starts at the marina inside the private Marinas Golf Club. You can arrive by car or taxi (let us know if you need help). At the entrance, please present an ID. After the check, drive straight to the main building. The yacht is moored at the main pier. We will meet you there.
What to expect
Welcome & boarding (20 mins)
Settle on the catamaran, choose a spot on the nets or deck, safety briefing.
Smooth sailing & relaxation (1 hour 30 mins)
A calm, beautiful sail across the Río de la Plata. Enjoy the breeze, music and views.
Photos, drinks & slow moments (40 mins)
Take pictures, relax on the nets, sip your drink, enjoy the sun and the water.
Scenic return to marina (30 mins)
We sail back slowly, perfect for golden-hour light.
Total: about 3.5 hours, including arrival and boarding at the marina (longer on request)

- Infants and small children can ride in a pram or stroller
- Infants are required to sit on an adult’s lap
- Suitable for all physical fitness levels
- The pier is about 150–200 m from the marina parking. Boarding is via a gangway with a small step (30–40 cm) from the pier onto the yacht; our crew will help you on board. Restrooms are available both at the marina and on the yacht.
- No sailing experience, swimming ability or special fitness is required. This is a very large, comfortable yacht, and guests can relax on board just as they would on any other comfortable transport. Children of all ages are welcome and must be supervised by an adult. Children under 8 must wear a lifejacket for the entire trip; lifejackets are available on board for all guests.
- Safety information: This experience is suitable for all fitness levels and has no physical requirements: if you can comfortably travel by bus or plane, you can comfortably join us on board. Pregnant travelers are welcome. No restrictions for travelers with heart or other health conditions; please let us know in advance if you have any special needs. Senior travelers are welcome. Boarding is via a gangway with a small step (30–40 cm) from the pier, and our crew is happy to help. Lifejackets are available for all guests; children under 8 wear them for the entire trip. Before departure, the skipper gives a short safety briefing on board.

- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
