Meeting and pickup
Your driver-guide will meet you at the main parking area, approximately 50 meters (165 feet) from the Benoa Port terminal exit, holding a personalized sign with the lead traveler’s name from your booking.
After exiting the terminal, simply walk to the designated pickup area where your driver will be waiting. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us immediately.
To ensure smooth communication, please keep your phone switched on and make sure WhatsApp is installed and available. This will allow us to assist you quickly if needed and provide any important updates regarding your pickup.
