As you ascend toward the hidden village of Tizi n'Oucheg (1,600m), you’ll witness a side of the Atlas Mountains few travelers ever see: dramatic red-rock ridges, lush walnut groves, and ingenious terraced gardens. The reward for your 3-hour hike is a warm welcome in a traditional village home, a lavish organic lunch, and views that stretch across the peaks of the High Atlas.
