Guests will be picked up directly from their hotel lobby at the scheduled pickup time. Please be ready at least 10 minutes before the confirmed time and wait in the main lobby area (not in your room). Our transfer vehicle and driver will arrive at the hotel entrance and call your name. Pickup time may vary depending on your hotel location and will be confirmed one day before the tour. If you are staying in a cave hotel or boutique property with limited vehicle access, the nearest accessible meeting point will be shared in advance.
