Begin with a guided visit to the Tulum Archaeological Site, where a certified guide will explain the history, purpose, and cultural importance of this former Maya walled city overlooking the Caribbean Sea. After the ruins, continue to a cenote, where you can cool off in clear freshwater surrounded by natural scenery. A life jacket is included for the cenote.

Some hotels or hotel complexes do not allow access for tour vehicles, so pick-up will be arranged at the nearest available entrance or access point.
In some cases, hotels or accommodations are located in areas with difficult access, such as narrow streets, alleys, roads in poor condition, blocked routes, or zones with security restrictions. When this happens, the nearest possible meeting point will be assigned.
Pick-up times vary depending on the location of your hotel and the selected tour schedule. Estimated times are as follows:

• Riviera Maya: 7:45 AM to 8:50 AM
• Tulum: 8:00 AM to 8:50 AM
1:00 PM tour
• Riviera Maya: 11:40 AM to 12:50 PM

It all starts early in the morning with a pickup of all participants from their hotels or the designated meeting point. Sit back and relax so we can arrive on time at the Tulum archaeological site.

1Zona Arqueologica De Tulum
Travelers will visit the Tulum Ruins with a certified guide who will explain the history, architecture, and cultural relevance of this iconic Maya site. This stop is the main historical highlight of the tour and offers views of the ancient city near the Caribbean coastline. Here you will have a 1-hour guided tour and 1 hour of free time to enjoy yourself and take photos.

Travelers will visit a cenote for a refreshing swim in natural freshwater. This stop adds a relaxing nature experience after the archaeological visit. A life jacket is included for the cenote portion of the tour. We will be here for up to 1 hour at the cenote, enough time to enjoy the refreshing waters and take beautiful photos.

3Tulum Archaeological Site
Travelers will finish the experience with lunch at a small local restaurant. This stop gives guests the chance to enjoy Mexican food after the main activities and adds a cultural flavor component to the route.

The transportation vehicles cannot store or protect luggage or additional items, as they continue operating and assisting other travelers along the route. This service is arranged to prioritize passenger capacity, not luggage storage.
- Effective April 21, 2026, archaeological sites in Mexico no longer permit visitors to enter with backpacks or luggage due to security measures. We recommend bringing only the items that are strictly necessary for the visit, preferably belongings that can fit in your pockets or in a small personal bag. Only essential items are allowed, although certain exceptions may apply, such as diaper bags. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for the care, storage, or protection of any personal belongings that archaeological site security does not allow inside.
