Your driver will pick you up at your selected location and take you directly to the correct airport terminal in an air-conditioned vehicle. The service includes private transportation, a certified driver, complimentary bottle of natural water per person, luggage space, travel insurance, and road and airport tolls and taxes.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
To make your pickup simple and stress free, you will receive a final confirmation message the day before your transfer, or a few hours in advance for last minute reservations. This message will include all the details of your booking, so you can know everything is ready for your departure ride.
You can select the pickup time that works best for you, and your driver will arrive at least 15 minutes early to welcome you. Once your selected pick up time arrives, you will also have a courtesy waiting period to meet the driver and begin boarding.
Our driver will gladly assist you with your luggage and welcome you to the vehicle, helping your transfer begin in a smooth and comfortable way.
Once on board, relax in a clean, air conditioned vehicle and enjoy a direct private ride to Cancun Airport.
You will be dropped off directly at the terminal assigned to your flight at Cancún International Airport.
What to expect
Before your ride, you will receive a final confirmation message with the details of your reservation. This will be sent the day before your transfer, or a few hours in advance for last minute bookings, so you can feel confident that everything is ready for your departure.
Your driver will arrive at the pickup location and time provided in your reservation 15 minutes in advance, ready to welcome you. There is no need to go to a separate meeting point, as the service is arranged to pick you up directly from your hotel or selected address whenever access conditions allow it. After your reserved pickup time, you will have a 15 minute courtesy waiting period to board the vehicle.
To make your airport arrival easier, we will use your flight number to confirm the correct terminal at Cancun Airport. This allows your driver to drop you off at the proper entrance, so you can continue smoothly with your departure process.
