Meeting and pickup
Your private arrival transfer begins as soon as you land in Cancun. Your driver will meet you in the arrivals area of your terminal, near Margaritaville or the Welcome Bar, holding a personalized sign with your name.
We will also send a photo of the sign and your driver’s meeting location using the contact information provided with your booking. Your flight will be monitored in real time so our team can stay updated until you meet.
Once connected with your driver, we will assist with your luggage and take you directly to your accommodation in a private, comfortable ride.
