Transportation is available for all guests who choose the rate option that includes it, providing roundtrip service from either their hotel or the designated meeting point, depending on the case.

Additionally, certain accommodations are located in areas that are difficult to reach, such as narrow streets, alleys, roads in poor condition, blocked access routes, or zones with security restrictions. For these situations, the nearest possible meeting point will be assigned.
Pick-up times vary depending on your hotel's location and distance. On average, for the Cancún city center and Hotel Zone, pick-up takes place 30 to 45 minutes before the selected start time.

A final confirmation message will be sent to your contact details one day prior to your excursion, including the exact pick-up time and location.
Our facilities are located next to Cocos and Grill Restaurant, at kilometer 3.2 of Cancun’s Hotel Zone on Boulevard Kukulcan. To reach the meeting point, head toward Cancun Bay Resort. The access to the pier is located beside the hotel. From there, continue toward the beachfront area.

The experience begins at the designated departure dock, where travelers will meet the team before the activity begins. Whether your reservation includes private transportation or you choose to arrive on your own, we recommend being at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure. During this first part, travelers will complete check-in, receive the necessary instructions, and put on the required safety equipment before boarding the boats. Once everyone is ready, the team will organize the group and prepare the boats for departure.

Now the adrenaline begins. Travelers will take control of a fast speedboat for 2 or 4 people and follow the guide across Nichupté Lagoon, accelerating through open-water sections while enjoying the excitement of driving their own boat. The route passes near the Nichupté Bridge and the famous pirate galleons, where travelers can slow down briefly for photos and selfies before continuing into the lagoon’s more natural side. From there, the course enters mangrove-lined channels and tropical waterways, creating a striking contrast between high-speed boating and the calm jungle scenery. Bilingual guides lead the route, control the pace, and provide instructions throughout the experience so travelers can enjoy speed, turns, scenery, and adventure while following the designated course and safety guidelines.

Cancun (Pass by)
At the end of the route, travelers will follow the guides back toward the original departure dock. Once at the marina, the team will assist guests with safely parking the speedboats and disembarking. Travelers who reserved private transportation will continue with their scheduled return transfer, while guests who selected the option without transportation can leave directly from the marina. The experience concludes at the same dock where the speedboat adventure began.
