A meeting point may also be required when an accommodation is located on narrow streets, alleys, damaged roads, blocked routes, or areas where vehicle access is restricted for operational or security reasons.

Playa del Carmen (Pass by)
The experience begins with pickup from your hotel or confirmed meeting point, depending on the transportation arrangement that applies to your reservation. Once travelers are on board, the route heads toward the starting point of the excursion, located inside the jungle approximately 10 minutes from Tulum. This first section takes the group away from the busier areas and into a natural setting where the adventure activities will take place.

Upon arrival at the facilities, travelers will begin a complete adventure circuit built around jungle action, water, culture, and height. The experience opens with a Mayan ceremony demonstration, adding a cultural introduction before moving into the more active parts. Travelers will then explore and swim in a cavern cenote surrounded by fresh underground water. A life jacket and cenote guide are included. The adventure continues with a short rappel descent of approximately 4 meters, followed by an ATV ride through jungle-style terrain, adding speed, dust, movement, and outdoor excitement. The aerial portion brings even more adrenaline with 4 fast ziplines, a 1 km zipline, an aquatic zipline, and 3 canopy lines that allow travelers to experience the jungle from above. Adventure equipment and an adventure guide are included throughout the activity. To finish the park experience, travelers will enjoy a Mexican dish with a light drink, creating a relaxed and flavorful ending.

Playa del Carmen (Pass by)
After the activities and meal, travelers will board the transportation again for the return journey. The route will take guests back to the corresponding hotels or confirmed meeting points, giving everyone time to rest after a day filled with cenote swimming, ATV riding, rappel, ziplines, and jungle adventure. As each drop-off point is reached, the driver will notify the corresponding travelers before they leave the vehicle and conclude the experience.
