Additionally, certain accommodations are located in areas that are difficult to reach, such as narrow streets, alleys, roads in poor condition, blocked access routes, or zones with security restrictions. For these situations, the nearest possible meeting point will be assigned.

Pick-up times vary depending on the hotel. Below are approximate schedules:

**For the 10:00 AM tour:**
* Cancun: between 9:00 AM and 9:50 AM
* Puerto Morelos: between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM
* Playa del Carmen: between 7:50 AM and 8:30 AM

**For the 12:00 PM tour:**
* Cancun: between 11:00 AM and 11:50 AM
