Once travelers book the service, they immediately receive a confirmation with all details. I personally review the booking and send a welcome message to confirm pick-up time, location, and any special requests.

Before the service, I contact travelers via WhatsApp or Viator message to confirm the pick up from the hotel or riad or meeting point, share my vehicle details, and stay available for any questions or changes.
3. Pick-Up
At the scheduled time, I arrive at the confirmed meeting point with my private, clean, air-conditioned vehicle. I greet travelers with a friendly welcome and help with luggage.
4. Start of the Journey
We begin the trip comfortably. I provide information about the itinerary, estimated travel times, planned stops, and any local insights. Water is provided and the vehicle is prepared for a smooth ride.
5. Along the Way
During the journey, we make stops for photos, restrooms, viewpoints, or local attractions — depending on the traveler’s preference. I share cultural stories, history, and recommendations to enrich the experience.
6. Arrival at Destination
Once we reach the final stop, I assist with luggage, confirm the next steps if they have ongoing services, and make sure they are safely at their accommodation or agreed location.
7. Drop-Off
The service ends with a friendly goodbye and a reminder that I remain available for future tours or transportation needs. Travelers can contact me anytime for help during their stay in Morocco.
