We have all necessary official permits to operate directly within the Amber Cove and Taino Bay terminals. Once you disembark, you simply need to head to the port lobby. Our staff will be waiting for you right there, inside the facility and without you having to walk outside the complex. To maintain the exclusivity of our attention our representative will receive you personally and directly identifying you as part of Jey Tours.
For Hotel guests:
The meeting point is directly at the reception (main lobby) of your hotel. Our bilingual driver will be identified at the counter upon arrival. Please be ready at reception 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time.
