What to expect
1. Booking & Confirmation
You book your transfer online or by message. We confirm your pickup time, and drop-off location (Marriott or Park Hyatt). You receive a confirmation message with all details.
2. Airport/Cruise port Pickup
After you exit the arrivals hall. Your driver is waiting with an “Island Gems ” sign. No searching. No waiting in long taxi lines.
3. Boarding & Departure
We help with your luggage and escort you to a clean, air-conditioned vehicle. You settle in while we handle everything. Cold bottled water is waiting for you.
5. The Ride
Smooth, comfortable, and direct. No unnecessary stops. . local driver who knows the best route to your hotel.
6. Hotel/Port Drop-Off
We pull up directly at your hotel entrance (Marriott or Park Hyatt). Your driver helps with your luggage and wishes you a warm welcome to St. Kitts.
7. Return Transfer (Pre-Arranged)
At your scheduled pickup time, your driver is waiting at your hotel lobby. Same smooth ride back to the airport/seaport. We make sure you arrive with plenty of time before your flight.
