Our oar-boat tour takes you through narrow creeks, hidden ponds, and reed beds. No glass blocks your view – just you and the water. In summer, trees shade you and cool breezes blow off the water. After the boat, visit Shentankou for the famous "Xixi, stay forever" wall and a thousand-year-old camphor tree. Walk into Hezhu Street for sweet rice cakes, then climb the pagoda for a panorama of winding waterways and white-walled houses. End at Gaozhuang, a Qing Dynasty garden with ponds and pavilions.
