You'll also discover the cultural background of Xiaolongbao and the finer details of Shanghai's dim sum traditions. After the session, enjoy tasting your own freshly steamed creations.
Two packages are available: Xiaolongbao Making Experience (60–90 min), or Xiaolongbao + Kung Pao Chicken Making Experience (120 min), which adds this classic Sichuan‑Shanghai fusion stir‑fry.
