Experience the natural beauty of the Kristiansand archipelago on a scenic 79 minutes tour. We begin journey by cruising through the charming Fiskebrygga and the canal between the mainland and Odderøya. From there, we navigate west into the picturesque surroundings of Bragdoya, enjoying the tranquil scenery from premium luxury pontoon boat with spacious sofa seating.
The journey’s historical highlight is a close up view of the legendary vessel Hestmanden. This remarkable ship is a rare survivor, having served in missions during both World War I and World War II. We will view this floating museum from the water, giving you a unique perspective.

Meeting and pickup
We are located in Kristiansand between the historic Christiansholm Fortress and Strandpromenaden 14, close to the Camilla Collett statue. If you walk along the waterfront promenade, you will see the statue and our boat at the pier.

We will cruise past the historic Christiansholm Fortress, built in 1672. You will get a great view of this iconic landmark from the water while learning about its fascinating history in protecting the city.

We pass by the scenic island of Bragdøya, known for its rich coastal culture and traditional wooden boats. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful coastal landscapes.

We will cruise past Odderøya Lighthouse from a scenic distance. This viewpoint gives you an amazing panoramic overview of the rugged cliffs, the surrounding hills, and the beautiful Kristiansand archipelago.

This is the permanent docking station for D/S Hestmanden, a historic steamship. Please note that the ship occasionally travels to festivals around Norway, but we will always share the incredible history of how this vessel survived both World War I and World War II.
