Our 'Apple Strudel Studio' is right by Mozart's Bridge! Imbergstr. 2, 5020 Salzburg Either up the beautiful staircase to the 3rd floor, or take the elevator on your right after entering the building. 5 min before we start is plenty! : ) We want everything to be perfectly ready for your class!
What to expect
At your own workstation, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Austrian strudel dough – how to stretch it paper-thin without tearing, how to fill and roll it perfectly. No prior experience needed – just enthusiasm!
While your strudel bakes, we'll also prepare a lovely Austrian pastry of the day together. Then it's time to sit back, enjoy your creations warm from the oven – and soak up one of the most stunning views in Salzburg.
