Our 'Apple Strudel Studio' is right by Mozart's Bridge! Imbergstr. 2, 5020 Salzburg Either up the beautiful staircase to the 3rd floor, or take the elevator on your right after entering the building. 5 min before we start is plenty! : ) We want everything to be perfectly ready for your class!
What to expect
At your own workstation, you'll learn the secrets of authentic Austrian apple strudel — from stretching the dough paper-thin without tearing it to filling and rolling your strudel to perfection. No prior baking experience needed — we'll guide you every step of the way.
And there's more: you'll also create one of our favourite Austrian pastries together — a second little masterpiece to enjoy warm alongside your strudel.
Finally, sit back and enjoy your freshly baked creations: warm apple strudel served with vanilla ice cream, your homemade pastry, and those beautiful Salzburg views.
