What distinguishes this experience is its dynamic format: it is not a traditional tasting, but a traveling tour where each glass is enjoyed in a different environment — terraces, winery and vineyards — generating a real connection with the place and wine.
The proposal combines wines of international recognition of Bodega Catena Zapata with the imprint of Alejandro Vigil, in an intimate and guided context, where each instance has its own moment and meaning.
Another difference is the direct contact with the surroundings: walk among vineyards with more than 3,000 plants, know the productive spaces and live the wine at its origin, not only from the glass.
The experience is completed with a gastronomic proposal of 3 steps under the concept of Kilometer Zero, where the products of station and proximity are protagonists, achieving a natural harmony between cuisine and wine.

Meeting and pickup
Passengers will be picked up in a van mercedez Sprinter with capacity for 19 passengers, it is a regular transport that takes place around 11am. The driver will report to the hotel lobby and call passengers by name
What to expect
When you arrive at your Stay you will be greeted with a glass of the emblematic Catena Zapata Winery, recently awarded the most admired in the world and led by Alejandro Vigil. And that'll just be the start of the tour.
A reception tapas will accompany visitors as they enjoy a new drink knowing the Courtyard and the Winery. Host y Sommelier will guide you with the third glass through the vineyards, with more than 3,000 plants brought directly from Mendoza.
We will continue with a 3-step lunch, accompanied by Saint Felicien by Catena Zapata wines. We offer a kitchen with products from your local area, mostly from nearby suppliers and your own garden, respecting the concept of Zero Kilometer. Thanks to the seasonality of the proposal, the ingredients can always be fully appreciated, providing the best of their flavors.
