Meeting and pickup
The Chinatown Cultural Center is at 359 Xin Hua Lu (新华路 359，长宁区，上海), located inside Wgt Veggie 五观堂素食. Please arrive a few minutes early and inform the receptionist you are here for a cultural workshop, you will be guided to the workshop room. Please contact us if you can’t find the place.
What to expect
After shaping your pastries, they’ll be baked on site, and you’ll have the chance to taste what you’ve created. The session is beginner-friendly, designed for small groups, and held in a relaxed setting inside a vegetarian restaurant. It is a creative and enjoyable way to experience Chinese pastry-making and take home a new baking skill.
