What to expect
Participants will move through yoga postures at a comfortable pace, with clear verbal guidance and optional modifications so all levels can participate. The class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, balance, and relaxation, all while practicing in a peaceful beach or jungle setting.
The experience concludes with a calming relaxation period, allowing travelers to unwind, stretch, and enjoy the natural surroundings before the session ends.
