What to expect
Escape the hustle and find your tribe. Saigon is energetic, but everyone needs a moment to breathe. Join our "Small Group Workshop" — a cozy, shared healing space designed for solo travelers, friends, and soul seekers. In just 60 minutes, we take you from the noisy streets into a sunlit boutique sanctuary in the heart of District 3.
The 70-Minute Flow:
Warm Welcome: Settle in our zen space with chilled water and meet your fellow practitioners.
Sacred Smudging: We purify the room's energy with the calming scent of authentic Palo Santo wood.
Yin Yoga (15 mins): Gentle, slow-paced floor poses to release travel tension. No experience needed—just breathe and let go.
Immersive Sound Bath (35 mins): Lay back and melt into your mat. We play a symphony of Crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Tingsha, and Koshi chimes to deeply relax your nervous system.
Nourish & Wake Up: Return gently with a cup of premium organic snacks.
A Special Keepsake: To remember this peaceful moment, every guest receives our Signature Hand-drawn company Tote Bag as a gift from our heart.
