Pickup is available from hotels, villas, Airbnb accommodations, resorts, and cruise ports in Montego Bay and surrounding areas. Guests are asked to wait in the main lobby or designated pickup area at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

For cruise ship passengers, your driver will meet you outside the cruise terminal holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name. Please provide your hotel name, accommodation address, or cruise ship details at the time of booking to ensure smooth pickup arrangements.

Drivers will contact guests prior to pickup when possible to confirm details. Comfortable clothing, water shoes, swimwear, towels, sunscreen, and a change of clothes are highly recommended for this tour.
