What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Pick-up takes place at the accommodation indicated by the traveler, whether hotel, hostel, Airbnb or residence. We will confirm in advance the exact meeting time and point.
In hotels and lobbies, the driver will wait at the main entrance. For private accommodation, we will coordinate the nearest and most convenient pick-up point.
Upon arrival in Almirante, our team can guide and assist you with the connection to Bocas del Toro, including orientation to continue in water transportation and baggage handling during this transition.
Connection by shared water transport is included as a complimentary fee. If you prefer a more private option, you can also request private port and private boat at an additional cost.

What to expect
When booking, the traveler can choose the departure time they prefer between 7:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Once the reservation is confirmed, you will receive service details, including the date, time selected and pick-up point.
2. Contact before the trip
Our team will contact you via WhatsApp before the transfer to confirm the meeting time and point and answer any questions you may have.
3. Pickup in Boquete
The driver will arrive at the agreed location and will be identified with the Smart Transport uniform and logo. Before starting the trip, you will confirm the name of the reservation.
4. Private transfer to Admiral
The trip takes place exclusively for your group in a comfortable, air-conditioned vehicle with luggage space.
During the tour, the driver will be able to suggest some places where it is worth stopping for pictures. These stops will be made if the traveler wishes.
Technical stops can also be made to go to the bathroom, rest or eat. If you want to make a special stop during the journey, there are no drawbacks.
5. Arrival in Admiral and water connection
Upon arrival at the Port of Admiral, the ground transfer ends. Our team will be waiting to guide you and help you with the connection to Bocas del Toro, including coordination and luggage during this transition.
The connection to Colon Island is made by complimentary shared water taxi. One of our staff will be on hand to help you identify the boat and make sure you board correctly.
The shared water taxi transfers directly to Isla Colón, the main island of Bocas del Toro, without detours to other islands.
6. Arrival in Colon Island
Once you arrive in Isla Colon, you can continue to your accommodation or final destination in Bocas del Toro on your own.
If you need help organizing your transportation or later connection, our team will be available to guide you.
