Charleston’s ghosts have stories to tell — and not all of them are terrifying. “Southern Spirits Stroll” is a 1.5-hour haunted walking tour through historic downtown Charleston blending researched history, ghost lore, paranormal discussion, ethical storytelling, and comic relief into one memorable experience. Designed for skeptics, believers, history lovers, and curious travelers alike, this tour explores the human stories behind Charleston’s legends without relying on jump scares, gimmicks, or exaggerated tales.

Expect haunted history, real events vs folklore, paranormal theories, true crime, and engaging discussion as you stroll through Charleston’s lantern-lit streets and hidden alleyways.
