We recommend being ready at the agreed pickup time to ensure a smooth and comfortable transfer.
What to expect
Once we receive your booking details, we will confirm the availability, route, price, and the most suitable vehicle for your transfer.
Before the pickup, the driver will contact you to confirm the meeting point and any final details. For airport transfers, we kindly ask you to provide your flight number so we can check possible delays.
At the agreed time, the driver will arrive at the pickup location in one of our vehicles. If the address is not accessible by car, we will arrange a nearby meeting point and inform you in advance.
