    The departure

We pick you up at your lodging and begin the adventure with a beautiful trip through Curarrehue "Stone Altar" and Ponco, admiring the imposing Las Cominetas formation. Already in Villarrica National Park, at the foot of the Lanín ("Awelñanko"), we started our ascent from 1,170 meters above sea level. We proceed 4.5 km at a quiet pace to our camp at 2,300 m, where we will enjoy the view of the neighboring volcanoes, the shade of the Lanín at sunset and a warm dinner with matte and stories. The big challenge starts at 03:00 hrs. We will ascend at dawn to live a spectacular sunrise more than 3,000 meters, achieving the summit near noon. The descent is fast and fun, sliding through the snow back to camp to regain energy, pack up and get down to base. Finally, we will celebrate our great feat at the Brewery Because, on the banks of the river, with an exquisite dinner and local craft beer or juice, finally we leave you in your accommodation.
