What to expect

Join us in Tokyo’s famous Tsukiji Market area for a fun and efficient 1-hour hands-on sushi and bento making class.

After a warm welcome, your instructor will introduce the premium ingredients, traditional Japanese kitchen tools, and the original handcrafted wooden bento box used in this experience.

You will then learn how to make 10 pieces of sushi step by step, including tuna, salmon, vegetable sushi, inari sushi, and a tuna roll. Friendly English guidance makes it easy for beginners, children, and first-time visitors.

Next, place the sushi you created into your original wooden bento box and enjoy watching it transform into a beautiful finished meal.
