As part of this class, you will learn how locals in southern Albania prepare a traditional type of burek in a family home in Corovoda, Skrapar. You will be guided step by step (by two local women) through the cooking process and experience local hospitality in a simple, authentic setting.

After cooking, you will all have lunch together, not only to taste what you prepared but also to share stories, connect with each other, and meet people from different parts of the world in a family-owned home in Corovoda.

What to expect

Join a hands-on Albanian cooking experience in a traditional family home in Çorovodë. You will learn how to prepare local dishes such as burek. The experience starts with a short introduction to the house, its history, and local traditions.
