What to expect
Before your travel date, we will send you the driver's contact information, including the driver's phone number and vehicle license plate number.
Pickup
Your driver will arrive on time at the scheduled pickup location.
From a hotel or residence, the driver will normally meet you outside the hotel lobby or at the entrance of your residence.
From Beijing Capital International Airport PEK, please provide your flight number and arrival time. Our service support team will contact you via WhatsApp and assist with the pickup arrangements.
Drop off
Drop off can be at any hotel residence or requested location in downtown Beijing or at Beijing Capital International Airport PEK.
PKX pickup or drop off requires an additional charge. We will confirm the applicable charge with you within 12 hours of your booking.
