Pickup is offered from hotels, apartments, and requested locations within Tokyo’s 23 wards. Please provide your full pickup address after booking. For hotels, the driver-guide will meet you at the hotel lobby or main entrance. For apartments or Airbnb locations, please wait outside at the main entrance or the nearest safe pickup point. We recommend starting around 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM to avoid traffic and crowds around Mt. Fuji. Pickup outside Tokyo’s 23 wards may be available with an additional fee depending on location.
