Sedona Meditation Center is located in Uptown Sedona on Jordan Rd., in a red brick building above Sedona Wellness Café (2nd floor). There are two entrances—through the café or from the parking lot. Please use the parking lot entrance. Free parking available inside.

What to expect

Step into a calm, welcoming indoor space and experience a simple, guided meditation session in Sedona.

This class is designed to be easy, accessible, and welcoming for all levels—including complete beginners. You’ll be guided step by step, so you can comfortably follow at your own pace.

In this session, you’ll experience a blend of gentle Qigong and Tai Chi movements, simple breathing, and guided meditation to help relax your body and calm your mind.

As you settle more deeply, you’ll be guided into an energy meditation where you can become more aware of subtle sensations in your body—often described as Sedona’s vortex energy.

Many participants leave feeling more calm, grounded, and refreshed.
