This is a hands-on Italian cooking experience led by Film Director & Executive Chef Tayu.
Originally trained in Florence, Italy, Tayu built his culinary foundation in his hometown before managing Italian restaurants for several years. He later expanded his career internationally, working as an executive chef across Italy, France, China, and the Caribbean.
Unlike a standard cooking class, this is a fully immersive culinary journey where guests learn authentic Italian techniques in a relaxed and creative island setting.
You will learn how to prepare fresh handmade pasta, traditional sauces, and classic Italian dishes while discovering professional cooking techniques used in high-end kitchens.
