Our app-based experience using any web browser reveals fascinating details about NYC that even lifelong New Yorkers have never noticed. Plus our free Grand Central mission means you can try the full experience before committing to anything.

If you have a group, you can form a squad and share a join code with up to 5 others to help solve each clue as a team. At the successful completion of each mission, you or you and your squad are rewarded with the location of the "safehouse" which varies with each mission and affords you the opportunity to visit some of the city's best establishments.

Each mission has its own start point based on category: spyglass-nyc.com. The free intro mission starts at the main entrance of Grand Central Terminal on 42nd Street and Park Avenue. Once you arrive, open the app on any mobile device. No check-in required!

Everything is self-guided - you move at your own pace, start whenever you want, and experience NYC in a completely unique way. No guide needed, no group to keep up with, just you and the city. After you try the free mission, choose another such as the 250th anniversary mission, a museum mission, or neighborhood mission!
