Flight Arrival – Please book flights that arrive at the same or similar times, so we can arrange a group pickup for you.
Pickup Process – We will provide a vehicle, a driver, and an English‑speaking guide. The guide will arrive at Guiyang Airport early and wait inside the terminal, holding a sign with your name or group ID.
Contact – Before and after arrival, please use WhatsApp or other social messaging apps to stay in touch. The guide will contact you through these apps.
To the Vehicle – Once all travelers in your group have gathered, the guide will escort you to the parking lot, where the vehicle is waiting, and then drive you to your hotel.
