Pickup may take place up to 45 minutes before the scheduled starting time of the activity. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed according to the location of your accommodation.

Please be ready at the main entrance or reception area of your hotel or cabins. For Airbnbs and private accommodations, please wait outside at the agreed pickup point.

Please be ready at least 5 minutes before your confirmed pickup time. As transportation is coordinated for multiple guests, our vehicle cannot wait beyond the confirmed pickup time. Guests who are not ready at the agreed time may miss the included transportation and will need to make their own way to the meeting point.

If you prefer, you may also arrive directly at the tour meeting point using your own transportation. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start of the activity.
