    This is a guided culinary journey along Richmond’s most iconic food corridor. Led by a seasoned local food expert, this carefully curated tour takes participants to the heart of North America’s top destination for Chinese and Asian cuisine. Guests will explore the rich cultural heritage that has made Richmond a global paradise for authentic flavors. Richmond is a goldmine for Chinese food. With a Chinese population of over 50%, some of the best chefs from Hong Kong and Mainland China have made this city their home. Cantonese cuisine dominated early on, and after the 2010 Winter Olympics, a wave of Mainland Chinese was seen. Guests will savour signature dishes from three iconic regions: Eastern China and Harmonious Shanghainese, Southern China and Refined Cantonese, and Southwest China, Award-Winning Sichuan and Seafood. Each stop (approx. 60 mins) features expertly crafted dishes that highlight the unique cooking style and flavours.
