Meeting and pickup
Pickup is available from hotels and riads in Marrakech city center. Please provide your accommodation details when booking. Your driver will meet you at the hotel reception, or at the nearest accessible point if your riad is located inside the Medina.
Meet your driver at Koutoubia Square, near the main entrance of Koutoubia Mosque. Look for a white minivan with a sign showing your booking name. The driver will wait 10 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. This meeting point is only for travelers who did not request hotel pickup.
