Groups stay small (max 12), so your host guides you properly at every step. What to expect

Step into a real Barcelona kitchen in the heart of El Raval and learn to cook an authentic Spanish paella from scratch. In a small group of no more than 12, you'll go hands-on from the very first step: building the sofrito, adding fresh ingredients, and mastering the rice technique—including the coveted socarrat, the caramelized crust that makes a perfect paella.

Your host guides you at a relaxed pace through every step. Choose between a classic seafood paella or a seasonal vegetable version, both made with fresh, quality ingredients.

Once your paella is ready, sit down to enjoy it together with a welcome glass of cava, selected wines throughout the meal, and a traditional Catalan cream for dessert.
