**Cruise Passengers: You will receive two emails containing a map to the meeting point: one 7 days before and a final reminder 24 hours before the tour.
Hotel Guests: Your specific pick-up time will be sent via email 24 hours before the tour begins.

**Hotel Pick-Up: Service begins as early as 9:00 AM. Please meet your driver in the Main Lobby of your resort.
*Note: Guests at Simpson Bay Resort will be met at the Taxi Stand.
**Cruise Port Pick-Up: Departure is at 9:00 AM sharp from the port exit.

If you are running late, please message us before the tour start time. If you do not contact us and miss the 9:40 AM port departure, we cannot issue a refund.
Emergencies: Full refunds are provided if proof of an emergency is submitted.
Once you exit the cruise terminal, walk straight to the main gate and step outside. Your IslandGo guide will be waiting just outside the port entrance, holding a sign with your name. We can't wait to welcome you!"

Border Monument Where Two Nations Meet "Goedenmiddag!" Welcome back to the Dutch side! We slow down at the Border Monument, where two flags mark 350 years of peaceful coexistence the only unguarded border shared between two nations on one island. From here, return to the ship or explore Philipsburg the Caribbean's shopping capital. Fine jewelry, duty-free treasures, and the famous Guavaberry Emporium await. Your driver will bring those returning safely back to the cruise port.
