Guests will be picked up at the Costa Maya Cruise Port. After disembarking, please proceed to the designated meeting point indicated in your booking confirmation. the representative will be waiting with a sign displaying the tour name.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. Comfortable clothing, swimwear, a towel, sunscreen, sunglasses, and cash for personal expenses are recommended.
For cruise passengers, this tour is scheduled according to ship arrival and departure times to ensure a timely return to the port.
Please proceed to the main exit of the Costa Maya Cruise Port and walk toward the transportation area. the representative will be waiting outside the port with a sign displaying "Bacalar Lagoon Tour" and the lead traveler's name.
