What to expect

Step 1 — Booking Confirmation
After booking, please provide your flight details, pickup time, hotel name, and pickup/drop-off address. We will arrange a suitable vehicle based on your booking details and group size.

Step 2 — Driver Contact
Before pickup, your driver will contact you directly to confirm the exact meeting location and provide the vehicle's license plate number.

Step 3 — Meet & Greet at Haneda Airport
Your driver will meet you inside the designated terminal at Haneda Airport, holding a welcome sign with your name. The driver will assist you in meeting up smoothly and guide you to your vehicle.

Step 4 — Drop-off
You will be dropped off directly at your hotel or designated address in Tokyo, or at the appropriate terminal at Haneda Airport for your departing flight.
